    Cool. They are inexpensive. I personally haven't had need to do it (yet), but an online friend did it to his truck (after checking his grounds, as Thomas pointed out) and it made an instant difference. Once he did it, several more people copied, and most reported a difference. This was this past winter, on the east coast, where it was raining. A lot. So the wiper motors had to be on all the time. The ground for the wiper motors is near the ground for the PCM, as both are at the driver's side fire wall.
