Painted. I have acquired a dump trailer. Is it best to run separate wiring from truck batts to trailer pump battery to charge.I thought about using the trailer break away pin,but figured amp draw during a dump would pop fuses. Thanks Paul

It's not where I would want to live long term, but I would put up with it for a while. I was up to Williston two weeks ago. Bought a semi and I hope to get it to work hauling crude. I just don't have the trucking experience to get to drive my own truck. So I have to hire drivers.

As a contractor, I have developed enough subdivision, oversaw the building of streets and installing the improvements, Maybe I can take up my skid loaders and mini excavators and get some work and be around to keep an eye on tanker truck.

If you don't mind working, that is the place to go!

Company I worked for in Arizona bought out a Indian company for the initial earthwork of roads and pads. I toured around with my former boss and he told me they want over 3000 pads by 2015. They currently have about 300 either pumping or under construction.

My situation is I left AZ to come back home to NE. Previous company called about 2 months ago and really want me to come up. For now I settled on building all the information they need from home and we will see what spring time brings.

It is fairly desolate where I was at, Mandaree, ND. Ha, nothing of large population within an hour or so.

Hey Painted Horse, saw that u pull a 4 horse gooseneck. looking to buy a 2011 ford soon and im really up in the air over gas or diesel. have a 5.4 2001 250 now pulling a 2 horse gooseneck about #5200 and it seems fine. never had a diesel before so im a little leary. what type of gas mileage do you get empty/hauling, and i see u have always had 350's. whats your opinion of 250/350. i know u pull alot more weight then i will, but just wondering if it makes that much of a difference. thanks for any info! bjk1818
