To date it has been a great truck. Regency is a great aftermarket company to work with also. Shop around, it is truely a buyers market, I bought my truck as in the photo for a hair over $41,000. It has a conversion MSRP of over $72,000. And yes, I am the original owner and purchsed it new.....Ebay can be a great tool for locating such trucks.
If I were to build/order the truck two things I would make sure to do would be order both factory fuel tanks and a spare tire. I would not order the Ford Nav system, Garmin systems are much less money, work fantastic and if need ot be replaced can be done with out the expense of a new Ford nav/radio system.

We are considering the purchase of an 08 Ford F550 with regency bed to tow our 40' toyhauler 5th wheel. We see that you have same, any comments/warnings?
What mileage do you get towing? Thanks in advance, Jeff
