I'm considering purchasing an '08 F450 myself, and thought I could skip a bit of reading, by asking you what I should be looking for, and which ones to walk away from perhaps?
I've been thinking of going with a King Ranch, but we'll see if I can find a good used one for a decent price.
I'm wondering if there is a specific mileage I shouldn't be going over...with regard to buying a truck with X amount of miles?
I've heard of these EGR/cooler issues, along with radiator issues, which tend to be the most publicized. I know there is an "EGR delete" kit, but I don't know how wise it would be to install one, as it seems there are many who haven't even had the problem! At any rate, any tips you could pass on my way, it would be appreciated!
