Hi, I hope you don't mind my asking you a question directly instead of posting it. I've search for an answer and haven't found a definitive one yet. But I got the impression from 1 thread you could help me. I have an 86 F150, I6, 4sp, I'm rebuilding for a daily driver. I want something better than the 2.47 rearend it current has. I have found an 8.8 (H9) in a 90 Van. Will the this van rearend bolt into my truck, is it the same size? Also, I found several 9" in both trucks and vans. What is invovled in putting in a 9"? Would they be the same size as my original? I'm surprised there isn't a tech article on rearend swap compatibility. Or is there and I just don't see it? Thank you very much for your time, I greatly appreciate it. Ed

Hello, I am new to the forum. I have a 2005 Ford Excursion v-10. I would like to ask permission to post some parts for sale. They are my own parts and are not for commerical purposes. Just looking to give them a good home! Thanks!
