I have a 2003 7.3 and I run a little filtered wmo in my tank (my own oil, bag filtered to 1 micron) every now and then. About 1 qt per tank. I'm interested to know a little more about your wmo filter set up and how it has worked in your truck.
I was wondering if you knew if the mix of wmo and kerosene will work in an early 1999 7.3?I dont know what the difference is between the 97 and 99 engines.
You will have to find the steel engine mounts the bolt to the frame in a wrecking yard out of an early 1977, it had the 351 from the factory and used the hi-boy frame, and bolt them to the frame. You will have to have 2 new drive shafts made. Transmition mount will also need relocated, it is possible to just slide it back or forward and drill new holes. Personally I would only do the engine swap. Why go to 351, I would go to 460, lot better engine.
Would love to see the pictures of the stearing swap you did. Your post said to look here but I do not see them. Like to see the frame with the box attached to it with no welding. Thanks Jim
