Diesel Dan ( I think I remember you saying that was the name of your truck and not your name - sorry - can't find that post!).

As you are aware, I am getting as much information as possible prior to doing an EGR delete on my 2005 F350 in the hopes of not needing to get head gaskets replaced. I think I will install the IPR Gen 2 with up-pipe in July.

I am probably going to get the DashPro system as suggested by ?Josh? (Bullit). I suppose I should get this soon to read temperatures etc., to help know a base before doing the work.

I do not know if I should be automatically replacing the oil cooler or if I should install the o ring kit. How to know?

Also, it sounds like there are some exhaust bolts that are often seized. Will It be easiest to plan on cutting them off with an oxy/acetylene torch?
Do you have suggestions for me?

I'm a retired AT&T employee also and don't know the partner code! Would your friend be willing to share it? Bought my 2011 F350 without it, but would like to use it for the next purchase. Thks.
