    John:

This is Jeff Hooper "AKA - 48 BigJob". I just saw your post (sorry it took me 8 days to see it). I would definately be interested in the wheels you have. Can you send me pictures, just so I can take a look at the condition? I need a total of 6, but will take what ever I can get. 2 front, and 4 rear (dual rear end). What are you asking for them? I tried caling your number, but no one answered.

    Thanks,

    Jeff

    Howdy,

From some posts i have read i believe you might be able to help me. I have a Clark 285v33. The bell housing came with it off of a 361 FE out of a 76 F800. I am looking at trying to figure out if it is possible to get a Ranger Overdrive unit or a US Gear Overdrive to bolt up between the bell housing and the transmission. Do you have any idea if the bolt pattern is similar to that of the Ford 4 speeds that these overdrive units are so often added to? I am trying to figure this all out via computer due to the fact that i am not able to access any of these parts to compare for myself.

    Thanks,

    Dylan

i saw your post saying you have done the 370 to 460 swap several time with goo results. could you email me the information on what all needs to be done and what parts i should reuse from the 370. when i got this 460 it was in pieces i've yet to recieve the rockers, intake, and the distributer. ive researched (with verying results) the parts a interchangeable. the 370 is not original and im worried about the tranny working with the crank.... all help on this subject would be very very appreciated.

Sir,thanks for your reply@85ford 370 gas engine,Im a chevy man and can make a 350 run good w/my eyes shut .this ford is not that easy. The engine on this has been canniblized and Im trying to get it back. The carb was gone, air pumps are not plumbed in .I put a600 cfm holley on it w/62 prim jet 6.5 power valve, plugs, wires, coil, ignition mod, dist pickup to get it runnin. It will run good when its cold w/coil wire barely touchin cap.Put the wire all the way on and it will backfire flame when you try to rev 3 feet tall (watch your face)Pull off coil wire barely touching and it will run decent again.I thought maybe carb prob ,checked and tried everything w/it,cant find nothin.Thought got to be ignition.Replaced the whole system, still have problem.Could fuel pressure be to high?gonna check that, could it be an egr prob?Firin order is 15426378 best i can tell.ITs got everything to run right I just dont get this thing.Must be something really simple Im not seeing. Can you point me the right way?

Our plow dealer in my opinion does a crap job mounting plows. Im not about to push the bumper out in order to do it. Fords frame is difficult to work with because the radiator sits ahead of the frame and the passenger side holds a large piece of cast metal that holds the leafs. Essentially, that side is shorter than the other. If you think you can help in anyway, my ears are open. You can reach me at infinity954@hotmail.com Thanx so much, RYAN
