Hi Peace!! Love your truck - same model as mine. I did a search on your wheels and see from below posts you have lifted it a bit. Wish you'd post up some more pics of it (interior as well). It looks really nice. I'm wanting to do some things to mine and those black wheels are awesome.
Hey there nunomad, I only did the V and B spring modification as described here. It ended up doing about a 2 inch lift over where my sagging suspension was. I had to cut some fender well lining(about four inches) but few people would notice and it looks fabulous!
I have bmf 22x10.5 wheels and the tires are 325-50-22 toyo open country at. They do not rub at all on the leaf springs. They are dang quiet and I love my truck! I did lose a solid 2 mpg that I have observed. Enjoy!
