I will have to look at it and do some measuring. The 2002 and older rearend was narrower and might help some. The bad part is that they are 28 spline and are more prone to axle wear where the bearings run.

Hey Scot! I wanted to pick your brain about your rims and fenders after your CV upgrade. Will the rim/tire size clear the back fenders without the wider ones?

    Scot,

I would be very interested in looking at and buying or copying your '54 Body Builders Layout Book. I live in SW Oklahoma and travel to south Texas on occasions down 35W. Would be possible with advance notice to stop and see your books. Your rides sond very interesting too. Thanks, Les

Welcome to the Tx chapter. We have a great bunch of guys here, and are all about getting to know one another. Stop in and post any questions you may have. Take a look at the stickies at the top of the forum. We have a Tx chapter members map that you can add yourself to. We also have a photobucket for the chapter. There is a thread for that at the top of the forum as well. If you add your pics to it then Robert will put them on the photobucket. Also if you can add your name to your sig. I find it eaiser to get to know everyone by name than by handle. Here is a thread for you to introduce yourself on. http://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/95...-member-5.html again welcome to the chapter, and dont be afraid to jump in on the bs thread or anything else you see.

We just had a GTG(get together) at Lake Bryan(near Bryan College Station) and are currently planning one on July 10th at Quintana Beach park near Brazoria county

Also, I think you were the 8th TEXAN to join in the History of FTE TEXANS that still checks in once in a while. Pretty COOL
