Way back in 2000 you wrote about removing the windshield wiper interval governor and mentioned deleting it from an XLT would give you a Custom model
I've got a 88 F250 Custom and only have one speed on the wipers although the dash switch clicks several times on the way to high, my only speed. I've replaced the switch and motor ( the wipers slow down and stop after about 1 minute ) So....I'm on to the governor. Is it behind/below the dash guages or on the right side behind the glove box?
Is it a shiney metal or black plastic "box"
    Thanks
    Roland
