i'll post the nova and camaro frame diagrams in the nova thread mrstress started in case anyone else needs them.

like truxx said, i also have the entire subframe under my F1, while i was fitting everything up i bolted the frames together and measured everything to make sure it was correct, then i welded everything up.

Hey man, the way I did my subframe is, I used a rosebud to heat one side of the subframe near the A-frames (just where it sweeps down to bolt to the car) I used a come along to pull the end of the one heated with the rosebud to the front of the other side (diagonal pull) this way I was able to pull both of the original subframe rails together under the 35" width of the F100 frame. I set the F100 frame on top of the subframe and left it long, I then welded it solid and left the whole length of the subframe under the F100 frame.

As for the coils, I have changed them many times over the years, and the ones I have currently are actually out of a '95 Crown Vic cop car (yes they fit) They are stiffer than the Nova ones and handle very well! I hope you can understand this.

Sorry for the delay, but we've been without power and phone for over a week now.
