Thank you very much for replying, Toreador Diesel. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As mentioned in a previous reply.

We, my wife will be helping me remove and install lpop, would like to use the Rotunda specialty tools to ensure we do not damage the nose of the crank.

We recognize the lpop can be removed and installed with typical tools, but for example the wear ring on the harmonic balancer requires a special Rotunda tool.

Also, installing the seal in the pump housing is best accomplished with the Rotunda tools to ensure it is not damaged.

We are hoping to be able to rent the Rotunda tools to ensure an excellent remove and install.

    Your help is greatly appreciated.

Yes, my truck is still at the dealer. I spoke with them this morning and that's when they told me that some how the transmission is bad. I have had this truck for 10 years and it has been flawless.

Question for you about 6.0 Tune on your excursion. I have the SCT Xcal2 and with the can tunes and some custom tunes by BackRoad performance the truck will "buck" per say when we disconnect/cancel the cruise. So I stopped using the SCT tuner due to that issue. Have you noticed that issue with your 6.0 Ex? I wouldn't mind giving the SCT another try if Gearhead tunes trans settings are like the factory and there isn't any bucking when cruise is canceled.

Hey Rozy how ya doing, Darrell from Katy here. I had to open a new account since I couldn't get my last one straighten up. I change my e-mail address and could never get back on. I would really like to get my old one back. How can I do that. I had a admin get me a new password which is (1234567). But I could never get it fix back to wear I could post. I haven't been able to post for over a year now. Can someone guide me through this process. The truck is running great since you changed the can sensor a few years ago. I'm thinking I'll get a new one next year. After all it has 270,000 miles on it with the original oil cooler.

I cant reply to any of your messages yet. That's very frustrating, and I guess its b/c I need 5 posts or something... I will make some posts that actually mean something to acquire this status. Thanks for the truck link, I looked up the truck you sent me a couple days ago when you sent it and the posting was removed. However I did find my unicorn in Texas but haven't had time to set up a meet and greet and I hope to do so this week.

    Thanks for responding Toreador!

YEAR 2005 4 x 4 and yes I could do a limited if it met the criteria.
BUDGET -under $20 K or close to it if we have to go over
MILEAGE -depends on location but ideally under 140 K
COLORS; White, that darker Grey metallic, black, blue or Toreador red in that order
MORE IMPORTANT than color is a CLEAN bill of health, stock susp & motor tune, options, (full steering controls with rear entertainment, 2nd row buckets (if possible), a RUST free chassis, & normal size tires to slightly larger tires

I don't mind a trailer controller as long as suspension isn't worn out.
I'm not afraid of the 6.0 but I know we need to do our homework b/c it can be a very $$ pit. Besides some necessary upgrades/bulletproofing that maybe that shop in Houston is the answer. "One mans trash is another mans dream" just as long as its not actual trash.

Thanks again, let me know if you see anything. Hit me up if you need to know more or have any other questions.
