    Hey Aquanaut,

    Haven't sent you a message for a while but have monitoring your postings. Great Work. Have a quick question. 1999 Ford Expedition = Can the heater core be replaced without removing the dash. Everything I have read says not except for a couple people who posted going through the glove box.

    What do you think and are there any work arounds.

    I have been reading the thread, I am however tied up with medical procedures...

    As I stated before you MUST eliminate the possibility of a cylinder leak before going any further, I outlined the procedure.... Pressure test the cooling system and correct ALL leaks.... FIRST...... There are no shortcuts and no magic in a can.... Philip
