    302 automatic..... i have one for sale from my parts truck, its complete from the radiator to the slipjoint in the trans, i want 500 for everything. and that is everything carb, air cleaner exaust manifolds its complete as they come, it runs good. mileage on the truck was 144000 when it was pulled, i dont know if it has ever been rebuilt or not.

    Hey no problem.... one thing, dont throw away that old Y block, i have 2 trucks with y block engines and parts are parts ya know. if your going to replace it with another engine and dont want it i will take it off your hands.

    okay thanks alot dave. gonna be looking around for a good truck. whats a good price for a fairly decent running f100 that would just need little easy fixes? and what engine would be the most fuel efficient in one of these and hat mileage would i be gettin? i know it wont be good but i want to use it as a daily driver so the better the mpg would be great. thanks dave

    More like $500.00.

    The truck has 63 front sheet metal and a 67 to 72 bed. Correct engine would be a 292 V8 or a 223/262 I6 Correct bed is a 57 to 63

    It is a parts truck. I would pay no more that 500.00.

    9/10 MPG on a 352 is good depending on the rear gears and trans.

    It can fixed to correct but would cost a few thousand.
