Everyone involved suffered. I was at the sale when they auctioned off liberty excavatings stuff. Dick Best was there. Did you know him too?
I'd love to see that big 56, when do you think you might go back out there? I need to go see Yolanda Bowser who lives out close to there, her husband owned all the Autocars at one time. I drove him and his truck to the IX Piston Power Show the year he died.

I knew Cliff from historical society. In fact was not even sure till I saw the big 56 that that was Cliffs' vehicles, and when Charles told me I knew. He and Jane went through hell, and hope to stop back before Florida.

Was that truck a tractor? Tandem axle? I would still like to find the 56 ford that was the 1st semi I ever rode in. It was owned by West Park Excavators and had the date 4-14 written on the dash. It was the date the engine was changed in it. After the explosion a lot of stuff from both families disappeared. The lawsuits ruined Liberty excavating, which the Kovasic family owned. Court took over the company and money, and sold it all to pay people hurt in the accident. Friend of mine from Lodi and I looked at a lot of old iron in that area.
