hey man, yeah I've been working really hard on getting all the funds up on buying that 70. Like I said im 20 I was just trying to get as much information as possible about the damn thing. I'm a pretty good mechanic I'm just used to dealing with vehicles in the computer era. I finally have the money for that truck and now all I gotta do is get it out of the field and get it to my house. I'll hopefuly be posting a picture thread soon with the beginings of a rebuild on it.

Many thanks for the welcome and link to the railings convo.

I went looking at various designs last night and pulled together this collection F100 Bed on Pinterest | 22 Pins. In there you'll also see the frame laid out which I thought quite straightforward but helpful.

    Have you built one?

Earlier this week you answered a question for me in a thread about Dimensions. One of the guys asked you to put that link into your "tech info". Withou trying to sound creepy, how do I find your tech info? I have a 79' F-350 4x4 and am planning a full on drive-train refit for my truck. I'm just getting started here on the site so I'm not familiar just yet, but I'm picking up on the way the things work and where they are at slowly. Thanks for the assist again. Later.

Nevermind Sir. I figured it out.

Hey HIO, I was going through your Tech Info Sticky again and clicked on the key tumbler title and it took me to a "reply to the thread" screen. I go through it every once in a while, GREAT JOB, THANKS!
