    Hey there, I'm replying to this old bit of advice you gave a guy about a clutch pedal sticking halfway and not fully disengaging the transmission. I'm having the same problem now on my 97 f350... I'm picking up the bushings and the lever with the worn pin that you mentioned this afternoon, the master cylinder is full and shows no sign of having leaked any fluid... I'm worried about not being able to drive my daily driver come Monday morning and want to cover all of my bases whike the dealerships are open and before we get too much more snow.... is there anything else you would suggest I look closely at before I make the 2 hrs drive to the dealer?

    If the pin on the arm has a flat spot or groove worn in it the new replacement bushing will crack almost instantly.
    The arm can be replaced.

    Thanks, but which answer was "good". The one where I said I was right when I thought I was wrong?

    Actually, I'm glad that this came up as I'd been looking at the "heater" wiring diagram and thinking something was wrong as it shows an off position on the blower speed switch. I didn't realize it was the wrong diagram!
