Hey Sean! How's it going? I've been out of it (FTE) for a while. Been reading up on self improvement. Dropped 70 lbs. Was running 5 to 6 miles a day. Studying up about nutrition. Dropped from a size 42 to 34 pants. Taking the kid to basketball games, karate, all that parent stuff. Now at 46, realized my body doesn't heal as quickly as it used to in my 20's. Well, consider I never ran 5 miles straight in my 20's.

Anyhow, that's why I was out of it for a while. What have you been up to?
