    It did not come with the lights. I just cut a peice of fairly thick aluminum flat bar and drilled a slightly offset hole in it. You can get it for a couple bucks at most hardware store.

    This is one i used, i just marked it out and went slow openin up the hole. I drilled 2 holes and filed the hole to correct size

    The member cadillacmob did something similar to that. What I did was use just a metal toggle switch and hid it under the dash, since I didn't want to make a hole in the dash.

    I actually have a discontinued set of Hella XL 550 auxilary head lamps. They are kind of like a hybrid of driving and fog lights. The driving lights will give more of a long thin beam and the fog lights will give a shorter wide beam. There are pictures of how I installed them in my gallery.

    4 LED 194 bulbs. it doesnt matter really i was just pointing out that peterbilt does sell them if you dont want to order them over the net. im sure other truck dealerships sell them as well.
