    Mulewrangler: You can replace your 65 F100 brakes by swapping in the front suspension from a F150 up through '78. I've seen several threads about this and there's a writeup someone did. Just do a search of the forum and it should come up.

    Gary: I'm not sure as I've never had this problem. I like to use a little anti-seize grease on brake parts that move. You might consider taking the caliper off the vehicle and see if anything jumps out at you. It's even possible that a freshly rebuilt caliper has a problem and the pistons don't move freely. I would expect the parts store to replace it for you if it's new and doesn't work out of the box. Sorry I don't have a better answer: I hope this helps.

    hawk my name is gary and located in auckland new zealand i have a 1965 f250 camper special with 1978 disc brakes its in super condition its a352 with cruisomatic i have just fitted new pads and disc but offside is sticking on any ideas garymartin@vodafone.co.nz

    Hello Hakk, I saw where you posted about replacing your 65 ford brakes with later model disc brakes. We have a 65 F100, do you think it would be possible to do something similar with this truck? If so is there info somewhere that tells us which parts are interchangeable?
