Hi. May be interested in your up-pipe? How was post mod fitment and run? How much $? Should fit USPS Flatrate box. Did your Y bellows ever fail? Elite offers HD bellowless up-pipes, and the time is now if failure is likely.
What EGR system did you switch from stealth to & why?
    I have an '06 F-350 Lariat PowerStroke CC SB Fx4 5R110W
Truck stripped of engine, drivetrain, exhaust, fuel tank for upgrades & chassis repaint.
Powermax turbo, Swamps 175/35% injectors, Full 5R110 blltprf+PI Stallion TC, AirDog II 165 fuel system, Titan 51g tank, Regulated return, A1 1722 studs, AFE XP air intake, All OEM updates (STC,Dummy plugs, Stand pipe, etc) $10,000 in parts & climbing. 8^]
1 dilemma: Do I need tank pump from Titan to AD II 165? I heard that fuel starvation can be an issue below 1/4 tankl. Suggestions/links?
Curious about your engine upgrades since you have the same year etc.
    Appreciate input. Be well.

I love the post on the 6.0l turbo. I have ordered a kit for my 07 f350 6.0l powerstroke/ Navestar vt365 or however you would like to refer to the motor. My issue is oil in the air charge side of turbo the air cooler tubes & intake are soaked with oil but from the pics i say in your post my thinking maybe wrong the only way i see it happening by your pics is if the shaft is wore out IDK what to do please help

I was looking at the bumper on your truck, who manufactures it?

Sure it can be relocated but if you install it like I did you can remind your little doll to turn off "her" seat warmer herself adding a responsibility to daddy's truck. Besides, with a good reach you can stretch over and press it if your captain chair arm rest is UP.

I love the led indicator idea. I have an 8 year that I take to school everyday, and she loves the heated seats, but you know where I am going. I dont know if she turned it off or not. So your idea will be a great solution. What I am wondering is this: can the entire "button" be relocated? In other words, could I disconnect the wires from the factory button "splice on to them and add a switht with indicator lite on my console? So not only could I see the seat heater was on, on the passenger seat, but safely turn it off? Thanks

I think you're on the right track believing a turbo seal is in order.
If you do a search regarding turbo smoke you should see many related posts to your symptoms.
Allow your truck idle for about 5 min. then begin the troubleshoot by removing the downpipe and look for oil such as in my first picture found here:

Hi, when your seal was gone in your turbo. What were your symptoms? this is what mine is doing... First, i was over boosting and sending truck into limp mode. Pulled turbo off and found two sticky veins. cleaned. no more over boost problems. I am now getting alot of blue smoke all the time.. idolling, driving. it shutters and alot of blue smoke. then the truck shifts and smoke gone. I have been researching ALOT. FICM test on all three were 48 volts. NO CODES either. I am leaning toward.. rebuild turbo OR FICM..... Looking of a strong opinion. thank you.
