Maybe my '09 6 spd with MTF has to do with the 2008 build date. That is why I posted the build date. Thanks for the rep!

I think that you are right that the change over to just one transducer to do all was in '11. I checked on fordparts.com from 2006 to 2010 for the numbers on the IBC transducer and they are all the same and it doesn't matter if the truck has vacuum or hydro boost, the same part is used. I bought a master cylinder that was a reman as I couldn't see spending the large sum of money to buy a complete one, so it didn't come with the transducers. I bought the transducer from an online Ford dealer and it is the part number listed to come with the M/C, but the connectors don't match. Do you happen to remember what the connectors looked like? I am trying to figure out if the transducer is wrong, or the wiring harness. I have pictures of the wiring harness side and the transducer side, but cannot figure out how to add pictures...

    Hey TexasRebel,

I am hoping you might be able to offer some assistance here. I am trying to add IBC to my 2008 F350 SD. All the wiring is there, and I ordered the M/C, controller, and the transducer for the bottom of the M/C. The issue I am having is that the transducer (part number 9C2Z-2B674-A) has a rectangular 3 pin electrical connection. The connection that I have found on the vehicle, under the M/C and plugged into a dummy plug, is a round 4 pin connector with only 2 wire attached. I am trying to figure out if I have the wrong transducer or am I looking at the wrong connector on the main harness? I would appreciate any of your wisdom, as I have seen from other posts that you have been down this road before.

    Hey:

I'm Todd in Stephenville, Texas at A&M's little brother--Tarleton--On the install you did of the audio controls, could you or would you tell me the color of the wires from the audio controls to the PIN position in the harness. I've found zero resistance connectors to go from the audio control switch but I do not have the schematic to show where they go in the main plug at the clock spring.

    Thanks

Ok. I am going to take a second look at it tonight. If all else fails, I will just order one. Thanks for all the info.

I tried a little bit to pull the plug out but I don't want to damage anything. I saw one guy had to carve his out with a utility knife. Are they supposed to pop out easy? That was my original idea and then I could just buy the audio control and plug it in. I looked on ebay but didn't seem to find any donor wheels.

I saw your post about putting audio controls in the steering wheel. I have an XLT so my truck just has cruise on the left and the blank on the right. I called Ford and the audio control is $75. But judging from your post, I can't just buy that and plug it in where the blank is because there will be no harness for it. If money wasn't an issue, what do I need to buy from Ford to get the audio controls? A new steering wheel with the harness in it and the audio control switch and then just swap the wheel out? Thanks.

    Howdy,

I've got a 2010 F250 that is the same as yours except 4x4. I'm thinking of putting in a gooseneck hitch and see you have one. How much weight do you normally tow? I'm trying to decide if its worth it since the goose I have available is 4600lbs and that really cuts into the GCWR. Thanks.
