Fordman, I am new to the forum. Posted a message to you earlier, asking if you could offer any suggestions about a truck that a friend of mine is having troubles getting it to shift properly. It is a 94 F350, 7.3, automatic. It codes a 29, but he said he checked the wiring and the ohms comes out in line. I told him it sounds like a control module, but then we couldn't find the CM. We stood there looking at each other wondering what to do next. The transmission was just rebuilt this week and the trans shop is totally stumped and suggested that he should find a professional. So here we are, and curious if you can point us in the right direction, like to a website that we can get suggestions from or if you would make suggestions it would be much appreciated. You can reach me at or 559-688-7308
