    Dear subford, took the unit off blew thru it had it installed improperly. Runs like a champ now. Cannot thank you enough for your help and knowledge. You are the best!

    Thank you, we found one off of a bronco installed it but now it won't run for more than a few seconds.before we installed it it was running but one of the fuel pumps was sounding too loud and i had read that it could be hard on the engine to run the van without the fuel resevoir, i have bought both fuel pumps, sensors, filter and a new brain. I'm at a loss here financially and my brain is hurting trying to figure this out. Than you for any input you may have. He should have tested the part before insalling.

    Hi there subford! I have been studying your forums for the past couple weeks. We've taken out one of the dual tanks on my brothers 1988 Ford e150 and have it running but am unable to locate a fuels resevoir assembly for a single tank, part #FOTZ9K044-A. I have searched the internet but not the junk yards, is there other part that would work. This has really been an education your posts have helped immensely. First time on a forum, thank you.

    HELLO subford I have an 87 e350 with a 460 carbuerated just installed new fuel pump starts up for 20 secondso r so then dies I have followed your previous instructions to no avail after it starts I can jump red and yellow to red and it runs
    without relay

    Hey seems like u know your stuff about cylinoide packs on e4od transmissions is there a difference between a solenoid pack on a e40d built 7 of 97 and a 96 or 95

    Restoring my F150 for my daughter to drive to school - starting with the fuel system. It's been sitting around for ages. Pulled both tanks to have em cleaned, bought all new fuel pumps and fuel filters. My parts guy got me a universal fuel selector valve (no way I want to use this).

    I found a new OE looking one on Amazon...

    I've read through all your posts about cleaning em out, but with the age of this thing, and the goo I found in the tank, I'm thinking it would be best to just replace it.

    Is there a vendor on here that sells em? Or is there someone else you know that sells a new one? Amazon and E-bay are about the only places that I have found. Thanks in advance for the help.

    Hi there! You responded to a post I put up about my 88 F350 with no start condition. Have replaced coil, wires, ICM, Ignition switch, EEC relay and connector, new EEC and checked ground. Truck will start with SPOUT pulled and I can drive it around it just obviously doesn't advance the timing. Thought new computer had fixed it but it wouldn't start again this morning. Any advice?
