    Vince,

Remindier I am dropping my truck off to you this weekend. Wanted to detail what I knew:

    Puking coolant under load.
Not puking when not under load.
Boost gauge shows upwards of 29psi at times under load (over boosting?)
Temperature got a little warm towing the fiver (236)
Fan never kicks on even at that temp
EOT vs. ECT can get higher than 15 sometimes over 20
This only happens when let off the pedal (i.e. coasting)
While pedal is down, temps stay pretty close to each other.

Anyway, this is all I know, just thought it might help your diagnosis.

Please give me a call after you've looked at the truck.

    Thanks,
    Clint

Vince, I have a thread about some interior light problems on my 12 f250. Not sure if this is your expertise but can you shed some light on it or point me where I can find a schematic on the dome light/door switch wiring? basically lights do not come on anymore with doors or the dash switch but will if you manually switch them at the light. Cant figure out which relay it is or if it's controlled by a module. Thanks for any info you can share. Tony

One part of the reflash is that it may build boost slightly differently. Its not so much lessened as it isn't boosting as much for that particular load request. Try it for a while.

Vloney, I recently had the latest flash on my 08 truck. Now the turbo is not going above 30 lbs of boost and is obviously bypassing the motor. Any ideas?
