Thank you, I will take more pictures tonight and try to find out how old they are. I didn't see any cracking and have been in a hay loft for 20+ years. Barn has a good roof on it so they were out of the conditions. All I ask is a fair price. I seen one guy said almost new price. I'm not that way, I know there worth something but I'm not gonna give them away to a guy that's gonna turn around and Jack the price to another guy. I would like to see them be put on a truck being restored or something in that nature.

Thank you for all your info on my truck. I've ordered a few books from Chuck on the MH drivetrain and the truck. But I have a feeling that their is much more floating around. Can you recommend any manuals etc... that I should be looking for?? or would be willing to let me buy copies of your material by chance?

Just signed up for this site. I bought a 47 Ford 1-1/2 ton stake bed that has 7.50x20 tires on 8" dia. 5 lug two-piece rims. Gather they are Budd. The truck only has 3055 miles on it and the 6 tires look brand new, but are a little dry rotted after 68 years. Unfortunately, the dairy farmer took the truck out of the barn about 5 years ago and put it under a lean-to, and the cows did the rest with splatter. It sat in the barn since 1958 when he stopped driving it, "because it used too much gas."
Since I need new tires, Are there any tubeless rims available?
