    Thanks mate, I remember the black trim conversation.

    I'm what your sister would call a "Mexican" - a Victorian as we are "south of the border". I'm in the Macedon Ranges about an hour and a half from Melbourne. A lot colder than up on the new south coast.
    The truck hasn't had much done to it yet, I'm trying to sell my old Merc to free up some shed space and some cash.

    I don't think you get specialist 'panel beaters only' any more, modern cars aren't exactly made of beatable panels these days... Most of them were general mechanics too though. And the only business they might still have, taxi drivers, either just leave the dent or get rid of the panel completely! Glad you have 'fond' memories of the Republic...
