I picked up a 94 roller motor out of a Bronco so hopefully it will work out ok. I am going to start digging into it this weekend to see what I have. I have heard that some of the 351w "roller" motors came with roller cams and some didn't, so I am going to take it apart and check. I guess if I have mine tore apart I could think about a 408 I am running out of funds though. I have a friend I am paying to do a lot of my frame off restore/body work and paint. I wanted to do it myself but once you have kids time flies. My poor truck was sitting in my back yard for 10 years before I took it to my buddy’s place a few months ago. I’d like to do a mudder next. I have a 77 4x4 frame and driveline that I might start messing with next year but I would need the complete body, well It had one good fender lol. It was a wrecked truck I bought for some parts for my 76. Good luck with your motor build. I will check in to see how you are doing now and then.

Thanks for the info. I started the resto on my truck and have wanted these rims from the beginning. I am also going with 15x8s and I am thinking 275/60s all the way around, maybe 255/70s. I have been looking for a while for a dent with these rims and finally found yours and I think they look great on your truck.
I see you also have a 351w in yours, how is that in your truck (I saw you also want a bigger motor in the future). I started with a 300 and am going to try a 351w with a 5 speed out of a mustang. Thanks again for the info, I will be ordering mine in a week or so...

Hello Kirby, I was looking at getting the Cragar SS rims for my 76 and was wondering how they fit? Cragar's website says "S/S wheels will not fit 1973–77 Ford pickup front hubs." What's up with that???
Your truck looks awesome by the way!
Thanks for any info on this...
