Bought the truck and 91 Dana 60 front axle in April 2009. It had been stolen then recovered, but is in pretty good shape overall. EFI 460, ZF 5 speed, 4x4 with limited slip rear.
I'm ready to hear your suggestions for my build.

Supercab shortbed body from 92-96.
Crossover/high steering.
Super duty front springs, and long chevy rear springs.
Custom heavy duty droop shackles front/ rear for flex.
203/205 doubler transfer case.
Upgrade heads to 93-up casting for better flow.
Install headers and flowmaster duals.
33" tires for street - 44" tires for play
PTO driven hydraulics for winch.
Airbag "helper" springs.
Custom air tank bumper.
Front/rear reciever hitches for winch.
Electric fan.
Rip out all the carpet in the cab and get spray in bedliner.
Sunvisor, step bars, and a raceback that match somewhat.
Black and grey camoflauge paint.
