Description:
Apparently this truck was previously owned by a FTE member named 'honkytonk'. Looking at his gallery, seems like he did much of the hard work, with some done before by whoever he got the truck from via ebay... think this is a different engine than the one he posted, though.
I bought it specifically to learn more about repair & restoration, and it's been great so far... plenty of blood & sweat, but overall forgiving and a blast to drive.
Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
Glasspack exhaust, electric fan, 4bbl carb, shiny air cleaner, beefy new radiator, some other minor stuff. I'm not really about flash at the moment, thing can already drive over anything in its path and beat out all the econoboxes at an intersection, now I'm just trying to ensure it'll still be doing that in another 31 yrs.

3" lift

Interior/Exterior Modifications:
Well, I'm guessing the bright orange wasn't original. Like it, but can't take credit. Inside is all black, though portions of the dash needs to be redone. Custom switches for fan(!), power inverter...
Future Modifications:
I have a complete a/c system from a '79 Bronco sitting in my living room, waiting for me to make time to install it.
In the very long term, I want to swap in a Powerstroke or similar and switch to WVO + Biodiesel. 70's style & durability w/ the option to brew your own fuel? Yes, please!
