Description:
Bought from my Grandpa in '68 when I was 16 .He purchased it from local dealership in Rice Lake ,Wi. It was made in the plant at St.Paul , Mn.It moved under the new power plant for the 1st time in 34 yrs. on 4-26-06 . I acquired no sleep that nite! Have been working on it for well over 12 yrs.
Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
1968 Ford 428 . Block is stock w/ some minor head work, Edlebrock intake , Nascar modified 780 Holley ,factory cast iron headers , custom exhaust , Petronics ignition ,Chrome oil pan &H2O pump .Worked C-6 trans w/ reverse valve body , Lokar shfter , custom drive shaft .'70 Ford 1/2 ton P.U 9" rear w/ 3:50 gears .
Suspension Modifications:
Stock front straight axel with disc brakes . Disc brakes on rear .
Wheels/Tires Modifications:
15 " x 7' Superior chrome reverse rims all around with Baby moon hubs caps .Real Goodyera polyglass GT tires on all for corners
Interior/Exterior Modifications:
Chrome grill , stainless hardware as well as stainless tailgate brackets , signal bezels ,headlight rings , tailgate chains ,Smoothie running boards , PPG Vesuvious Red ) bas( vermillion e /clear paint .'80 Eldorado tilt /tele column ,'85 New Yorker Elec seats & '86 Chevy Caprice dome light .
Future Modifications:
Needs interior under seat panels that will be Ribbon mahogany w/ daimond inlays . Console will be the same .
