you need to cut the wires on the rough country harness. All you need is the red and black wire from the rough country harness. The switch, fuse etc on the RC harness is not used. Hook your black wire from your harness to your battery or ground and the red wire to whatever upper fitter pass through wire you have under the hood. I would make sure you hook it up to switch 1 though since it has the highest amps. You might be able to use switch 2 as well. can't remember for sure.

Hey, I'm hoping you can help me out. I purchased and installed the same light bar you have. I actually bought two. I have not done the harnesses yet because I'm confused how it works with the upfitter switches. Can you explain to me what part of the Rough Country harness you actually used and how? I found the upfitter lines no problem. Auto electric confuses the heck out of me. Sorry to be a pest. Thanks so much, Tom
