There is a minimum post count before you have access to use the PM feature. I'm 99% sure you need to have 25 posts. It looks like you are most of the way there so a little more participation and you should be good to go.

I can not send or recieve PMs. When I go to PMs I get the following:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Please help with this.
