The only time I wish I had a diesel is in steep mountains because I'll end up doing 50mph in 3rd gear getting up some, but with old age comes the reality that getting someplace 20 minutes earlier really makes little difference. I'll waste that amount of time flipping TV channels every day. My towing mpg = 8.6mpg - 9.2mpg depending on wind and other factors. Non-towing I get anywhere from 11.3mpg in town to 16.7mpg on the interstate at 65mph. (with bed cover)
Your '14 F250 is the same as mine I believe. Mine is the Lariat version - with no mods.
FYI: Truck+full tank gas+Hitch+myself = 7740lb
Truck+gas+Hitch+tools+5er Trailer+myself = 18,340lbs Pin Wt = 2200 lbs

I notice you have a fifth wheel 303RLS and your truck is a 2012 F250 . I have a 2014 F250 with 6.2, 373 gears and 20 inch wheels. How does your truck tow that fifth wheel and are the air bags needed?
