Disc brake conversion. I posted a post but failed to see this one.

I have a '64 and I'd like to have power brakes in it. You mentioned to get a '73 to '79. Anything in that range should fit pretty well? So pull out the front and rear axles, and power brake components? Sorry for the newbie questions. I don't know too much about trucks and whatnot. This is my first car I ever purchased so I'm really excited to get it running nice and smooth.
