    Thats what I did Friday.. The service advisor told me all they can see is the last 6 month.... Called three all said they didn't have access.. The one I went to 1hr from home and they tell me the BS it only goes back 6 month..

    Monday go to the Ford dealer and see if a service writer can run an oasis report using the trucks vin#. This will give you any service history for the truck.
