Well sounds like you bought someone else problems
But you need to see some Live Data
The FICM Relies a lot on charging system so a weak alternator or bad battery will Kill a FICm FAST
your probably right the FICM is Bad
Theres a Slim chance you have a Bad Battery or alternator and if you was to fix those the FICM Voltage might come up
but even if you send ficm off to get fixed you will want to have batterys tested and alternator tested so if one is bad you don't kill the repaird Ficm
our stock alternators are weak so most upgrade to a High output alt I went with DC Power alt they are some the best but spendy
Need a gauge to see live data to check some things out
