You seem to know a lot about the Ford 5.4 3v motors. I have a 2005 f150 with a 5.4 3v motor. The passenger timing chain guide broke and put a hole in my valve cover. I took the valve cover off along with the timing cover. I replaced the guide and put it back together. It idled rough. I then took it back apart and replaced the cam phaser the and chain and the tensioner.while doing this the camshaft moved.i did mark it before I began but was unable to get it back to where it was. I put the new chain, tensioner, and phaser on I got the marks on the chain to line up according to the Chilton manual I brought but when I turn the motor over by hand it doesn't feel right. Now I am worried I my have bent something. I really hate to other you but I have no one I can ask for advise.
