ford dealer sold me manifold gasket kit f85z9433ba it contains xf2e-9439-bc and xf2e-9441-bc

here's my vin if it will zero in for sure

I did some more research and called a Ford tech friend of mine. The part # gaskets you need are; XU2Z-9439-DA
Without having the VIN this is the best I could do.

The main thing to remember is the updated gaskets are 4mm! The old gaskets are 3mm!
In the TSB I posted it shows to start tightening the center bolts,as the new gaskets are thicker, drawing the intake down to get the remaining bolts in. Follow this procedure!

hey blue can you help me out, i have a f150 4.2 that hydrolocked. build date on truck is may 1998. I don't know the build date of engine(couldnt read sticker on drivers side valve cover) have called 3 dealerships and all have said they go by build date of truck not engine when it comes to looking up gasket part number. they sold me gasket kit F85Z9433BA. TSB 99-20-7 refers to new gasket kit with number F65Z-9433-B. The gaskets that i took off were xf2e-9441-bb and xf2e-9439-bb. My intake manifold has rf-f85e-9k461-aa 0658.

any help would be greatly appreciated
