Oh ok now I see it. It is only because of his disabilities that it is hard for him to drive standard that's why we are looking at an auto.

I don't remember mentioning that nor understand what you are talking about. My dad can drive fine but he has certain disabilities that give him a handicapped plate in the states. I think this is what you are talking about.
