Thanks... learning it (and I'm STILL learning it) has already cost me lots (physically, emotionally, financially, etc.), but I'm afraid that the kids are generally going to have to learn the hard way... they take after me in that they typically only become interested in turning around out of desperation... the warning signs just don't mean that much to them.

I do apologize for not getting back to you. They are looking into the problem. It seems to be very random. You may want to send a PM to RobbM he is the contact for such issues to explain exactly what you are experiencing.

Did you get my message the other day? I have now submitted three tickets with no response from the Admin... don't know where to go or how to elevate the situation. If you can point me in some direction, I would be grateful.

I've been having trouble with FTE lately... can;t upload images regardless of which computer, browser, or network I use. I know that the images are appropriately sized, so it's either something with my account or with FTE. I submitted a ticket last Friday, but heard nothing at all, so I just submitted another one. Don't know if you can help in any way, but I had never realized how limiting it is to not be able to post with images.

Perhaps you can point me in a direction.
