Conversation Between Truxx1956 and learpilot

thanks for the reply about my vinyl problem, one other question ( of many) what do you mean about sticking it wet? My experience with contact cement is once it touchs it can't be moved, should I not wait until it is nearly dry or dry to the touch before putting them together?
