    Club Wagon,
You have helped before, hope can again. 2000 E250 wipers stopped, can move by hand. Read wiper posts, took off plastic shield covering wiper motor, discovered metal "arm" that connects bottom of the wiper motor, to pass side wiper, has become unconnected. Seems a retaining nut has come loose. Long metal connecting "arm" is laying unconnected (the other one is fine). When I manipulate the mechanism, place the hole in the arm over the bolt/screw at base of motor, can no longer turn the wipers by hand, and presume this is my fix.
Q: 1) Where can I find out size/thread for this nut/cap, to manually reassemble this mechanism?
Q: 2) Am working blind, have not taken motor out, would it be easier with motor out? Seems I can get the parts to go together, with some unnatural hand bending (so far). Any help is appreciated. Thank you. Mac in DC johnmchugh1@verizon.net is email, 202-251-8781 is cell number. Thanks.
