    You need a Black ICM in your van.
    All 1994 and newer Fords take the Black CCD ICM.

    "If you put in a GRAY ICM it is the wrong one. The Black ICM very seldom go bad but it tests bad put in another Black one, never a Gray one." In that quote by you I wanted to know what color one do I need for a 1994 E350 van?
