Thank you! I thought that it could be 65-68 Pontiac, but wasn't sure since I measured against some other Pontiac wheels and found the offset was a 1/4" less. 9780855 is the correct part number for full size Pontiac wheels for those years.
What other auto forums do you visit? Thanks again for sharing your wheel code database with me.

I'm new to this forum, and I see you have vast knowledge of wheel codes and applications. I acquired a set of Kelsey Hayes steelies 10 years ago for a project car I was working on at the time. I never used the wheels, but they're NOS and un-used with the green KH sticker on the inside. I'd like to sell them since I no longer need them, but I can't de-code them. I was wondering if you could help me solve this mystery to determine the correct application.
