Wanted to thank you for all your help and patience. I hope you don't mind my PMing you. I am a bit frustrated with this flare problem. After adjusting the band I tried again and it did not seem to improve a lot. Started trying different settings on the modulator and I am affraid I might have made it worse. Didn't realize that one should not make big adjustments at once and because I was seeing little difference I tried with the adjustment almost all the way out, and once with the the screw all the way in (when I tried that the truck would not shift into third), I backed it out and now I am back to having flare or higer RPM for a few seconds before it shifts into 3rd. Is it possible I hurt something not being carefull enough with the modulator adjustments?
