    I paid attention this time Marv, the first Qt does burn off fast, the 2nd takes 2x as long. Sent the first sample to Blackstone today.

    Good question, guess I'd need to burn off the 1st qt to see how fast the 2nd one went? Seems dicey. Or do you mean after topping off, does it burn off just as fast? Guess I should put this in a pm...

    With all the "make-up" oil, you shouldn't ever have to worry about TBN, at all!
    A quart in 700, though not great, isn't all that unusual, either.
    Does it just burn off the top quart, or does it continue to burn at that rate after the initial couple of quarts? -M-

    Thanks Pop, mine's using a quart every 750 miles, if I wait long enough she gets an oil change...
