I would think the '91 would have a 351 Windsor motor and the other would have a 351M/400 so the bellhousing bolt pattern would be different, so it wouldn't bolt up.
As far as the tail shafts go, there is only one short tail shaft length, and only one long tail shaft length.

hey mark, you answered to my post about a c6 from a 79 fitting in a 91 f150. you left me with a question, i was wondering if it would work. the 79 was a f150, with a 400, the 91 has a 351. it has a short tailshaft c6. will the swap work or no?
