I didn't go back and read the reg but based on what was posted I think you're ok. nOx emission is currently controlled mostly by EGR which all your vehicles came equipped with. Cali started that about 1969 I think and the rest of the country followed a few years later. There are many vehicles currently exempt due to weight or what it's used for. It sound to me like those exemptions will be going away.

Don`t mean to hi jack the thread. What gets me is the wording, 13 years or older makes it has to be 2010 or newer, right? What about my 2001 7.3l which is still strong? Or my 03?
